Utilize the ICI Framework in an advisory project
Apply the framework to assess a policy, procedure or approach and conduct an Intercultural audit on the approach. Based on the audit, make suggestions for improving the process. Implement the process and assess the impact of the improvements (e.g. recruiting, interviewing, customer complaints, client engagement) -
Take an existing Intercultural dilemma your organization is currently dealing with.
Use the ICI framework to conduct and Intercultural audit, design and implement a way forward together with the team or project lead -
Join the team that onboards new hires
Weave ICI into the training and development of new joiners. Be part of the next onboarding cycle and deliver the ICI integrated components of the improved onboarding program. Conduct a pre-and-post analysis. -
Work with an intact team in your organization to develop Intercultural Agility. Spread your engagement over a period of 4 – 6 weeks and conduct 4 sessions unpacking the Perception management, Three Colors of Worldview and Cultural Mapping Inventory.

Conduct 10 mini-sessions (no more than 60 minutes) for a group of interested participants from your organization.
Spread the sessions roughly 1 week apart (4 perception management, 2 Three Colors, 2 Twelve Dimensions, 1 Culture Creation). -
Use the ICI Framework to design a new approach.
Focus on a process that is either not documented yet, not working or needs to be fine turned. Use the ICI framework to design an Interculturally agile way of operationalizing the process. -
Take existing communication pieces (internal or external) and make it more Interculturally Agile
Collaborate with the person(s) responsible for these communication pieces to apply the ICI framework to increase the Intercultural Agility or tweak the comms piece(s) for their respective target audiences. -
