The Power of Leadership Reflection was created to help any adult discover or refine their leadership skills through reflection and journaling. We are all leaders in our own right, and I believe through reflection and journaling, we can harvest our leadership skills. These higher-level questions and journaling prompts can be completed independently, through book study, or during a lunch-and-learn session. We know one of the best ways to learn is through journaling, reflection, discussion, and analysis.
