Negotiating Cultural Intelligence: An Investigation of Australian Expatriate and Japanese Local Staff Intercultural Workplace Communication

This book is the published version of my Ph.D. thesis, which was completed in 2011. It explores the intercultural workplace communication strategies employed by a bilingual and culturally-intelligent Australian expatriate in his communication with local staff (Japanese) in Japan.
